Just right for getting more resistance
I do water yoga for about 30 minutes every day and these are perfect for getting more resistance with my upper arm strokes. They are easy to put on/take off, don't chafe, are a great size (Mediums are slightly larger than my normal female hands) and seem to be holding up well. I'm going to buy pool fins (short fins) to get a more balanced routine.

Great swim paddle
Comfortable. Adjustable. Stays on well. I bought the XL size for strength training and loves them.

Perfect or lap swimming.
These work and fit perfectly the map swimming. I did notice the logo wear off after a few uses but that’s not really concerning to me as they work without the logo on it. I feel they fit nicely and are perfect for lap swimming strengthening arm strokes.

Perfect!
I love the color of these hand fins, the purple and pink. They are durable and easy to adjust. I had a previous pair for 3 years and has no problem with them. I just lost a pair and had to reorder.

When ordering, it's paddle size, not hand size
Maybe everyone knew this but me, but the S, M, and L correspond to the size of the paddle, not your hand size.I'm 6'0, 190, and can palm a basketball. I picked the Large because when I buy gloves, I always get XL. But as you can see, the paddle dwarfs my hand. I could have picked an M or S. IMO, the paddle size corresponds more to how much resistance you want.I've used paddles before so I knew what to expect. They will seriously tire you out quickly. Unless you have tremendous endurance, don't expect to put them on and do 400s. I would also suggest using them toward the end of your workout -- I think you need to be warmed up before using and, too, if using at the beginning, when you take them off, the rest of your workout will feel like you're soooooo sloooooooow.Very good value, good for building shoulder strength and endurance.

USA
Really enjoying displaying my USA pride with these. They’re different enough to stand out from facility supplied paddles and won’t be confused while swimming with others who are also using paddles, such as at triathlon swim training camps.USA! USA! USA!

The quality of the adjustable band is really nice and sturdy
I bought these for my boyfriend and I to use when we swim. Based off of his hand dimensions I figured that a large would be just right (I knew they'd be a little big for me even thought I have hands on the larger side for a female) when I received them not only were they way to big for me but they were also way to big for my boyfriend. The quality of the adjustable band is really nice and sturdy. I found that the bottom band falls at an uncomfortable location on my wrist/hand and my boyfriend seemed to agree as well. Overall the paddle seems really nice and sturdy and made of quality materials but beware of sizing.
