I ordered this for my wedding to make Caprese kabobs for my guests. I was expecting "pearls" as show, but got large, 4 oz. balls instead. Ice packs were completely melted when they arrived.As you can't really return 6 pounds of cheese efficiently, I wrote and expressed my concern, The grocer apologized, and promised to find me the pearls instead and send them to me as a wedding gift. Well, that never happened and I had to carve these 4 ounce pieces into cubes which did not have the look I wanted. I was so disappointed that I wanted to give this one star, but admittedly it WAS good tasting cheese so I'm giving it two stars instead.I really wish I'd had the little balls instead of these "chunks." I am just thankful that I was a relatively calm bride who didn't sweat the small stuff.
