These are perfect to use in a home nebuliser, as an alternative to plain water or between medication times. The saline helps to draw the mucus out of your lungs and makes breathing easier.As with anything medical its always best to check with your doctor to ensure it is safe for you to use. It is a 3% saline solution so most people can use it without a problem. The vials come with easy twist off tops so no scratching round to find scissors. Great product and helped me a lot with my caughing and mucus. A bit pricey. Maybe next time would try to find somwhere cheaper if possible.

Reminds me of the Ocean
I have not tried salt therapy before but since I ordered these, I think they are great and would not be without them now. I feel they have helped me through a few bad chest infections, I can smell the salt and feel better for using this; I will definitely purchase these again.
