Good but battery backup....
The product is good for its price range, and I like it overall. However, the battery backup is quite disappointing and has let me down significantly. Other than that, the product performs well and is satisfactory from a general perspective

Worst useless product
It started throwing issues in 2-3 months and stopped working in just 3 months and then I sent it to company back and paid 1,000 courier charges after that company replaced hard disk and send back to me now again in few days it started throwing issues and stopped working again by saying "no bootable device found". I just recommend to Buy new laptop and pay little more insted of buying this refurbished laptop. Useless product I have wasted lot of my time since I purchased it. Used just 3-4 months and wasted approx 25,000 ok it.

Fake Windows and MS Office Subscription
You should be lucky to get a genuine windows with this refurbished laptop if you are buying from Kedia Enterprise. Worst, even the Amazon Customer Service won't help you. They not only lack technical expertise to address the concerns but also tries to deflate issue by raising fake ''concern" against the seller. Only after I escalated to senior customer service support guys, they clearly said no concern has ever been raised to anyone regarding the issue.Regarding the windows, if you contact the seller they'll say you can install Win10 home and then upgrade to Win11 home. But here is the catch, this laptop actually comes with Win11 Pro (it is business laptop, no company ever buys Windows home). More, the MS Office Subscription comes with a year long deadline but this is never advertised in the product specifications - so, the product keys they give (no idea if they really share it in D drive as claimed) is useless after a year.If you are buying this for you not so tech savvy parents or children, please cross check on both genuineness of Windows and MS Office Subscription. This has been a poor product for me for I bought this a year ago and it was never used until I found the issue.
