The DVR is garbage and the customer service is the same.
Item worked as described for a month, the unit was unplugged in order to move it and will not come on now, there is no power button and customer support was no help after an hour on the phone. I've tried everything and nothing works. Do not buy these cameras unless you like throwing money away.

Very easy to set up, still figuring out the app. Just have to play around with it a little. Night vision is clear and hd is super clear

Great coverage
We had issues at the beginning, however Abby has been very helpful and got things straightened out. I can text her any time with questions. These cameras are a great value for the money and the night vision is great.
