Mini Tart Pan, 10 Mini Pie Pans Brown for Small Tart Cake, 7x1 Size Disposable Baking Pans by PETANI

I first ordered these from KIng Arthur a few years ago and having been looking for more ever since. They are a good size, I made a pecan pie filling and it made two of these pies-one to keep and one to give away. I have not tried a two crust pie, but hope to with this order, but think banana cream, lemon meringue.

I liked that I could first put in a pie crust and prebake, pour my Quiche in and finish baking. Give to others a very attractive baked item that can serve more than one, that they can reheat in oven or microwave, and then recycle pan. Who could ask for more?! Thanks.
