When I first tried it out, nothing happened. I thought it was defective, but eventually it kicked in and I felt the "shock" or vibration on my biceps and triceps. Be careful not to touch the sticky part by accident with it still on with a finger.I will let you know if it gets better or not within a few days, or any chances, now that I figured it out.This muscle trainer is good.This ab stimulator works well.

I can adjust it with 6 modes and 10 amounts of electric current stimulation to my exact requirements.It's easy to use and feels and does everything that is necessary to get my "abbs" back in shape. It also actually has a pleasant feeling when properly adjusted to whatever I want at the time. I can use it when sitting, walking, or even just be laying back on the couch.
