FYI, I have dark blonde, thin, medium length lashes. The product itself worked like a charm getting them to curl. However, although lots of sizes were provided for curl angle, there were not very many for a less drastic look. I would have liked to see something with a softer curl to it. Because of this drastic curl, it did make it a bit hard to get my lashes to stick to the form. I learned the trick is to use less and wait for it to dry, then repeat over areas that did not stick, if you apply too much glue, none of them will stick. Took me about an hour to get through the process but I do love the results.

The glue needs more time to stick to your skin well, and I recommend do not to apply the pad with the glue inmidiately.After applying the perm lotion on the eyelashes the glue disolves and it is difficult to keep the eyelashes on place; that is why the instructions ask you to cover them with a plasti. wrap, but this is not included inthe kit.What I used to cover them was another lift pad and hold them for the required time. That was hard.Another thing you are going to need is Qtips. To apply the products and to clean.

I tried it yesterday for the first time. I usually pay $80 to get my lashes permed. It was difficult to get my lashes to stick so I used the cling wrap for step 1 and step 2 and held my lashes in place. That was the annoying part to have to wait twice (step 1&2) 8-12 min for each eye. I used a smaller rod for my right eye because it wouldnt stay on my small lid, but my lashes are somewhat long and they are too curly now. But overall, I'm happy. I'm sure I'll get better at it. And it's nice to not have to curl my lashes before applying mascara. I usually lose the curl throughout the day. Oh and I accidentally curled the bottom lashes, so I'll have to make sure not to grab those next time.

This product probably could have been good. However, the lash glue that is used to make sure the pad sticks to your eye lid and the lashes to the pad doesn't work worth AT ALL!I saw All of the other reviews on this product and thought this would be the best. There were so many positive outcomes but I do not understand how when the glue doesn’t even stick. I used different amounts of glue and different size pads and I finally got to a happy medium where I was able to get my lashes to stick to the partially stuck on pad. I waited a couple of minutes to make sure that my lashes wouldn’t come un-stuck. The next step is the perm solution. No sooner did I get the solution on my eyelashes, my eyelashes became unstuck from the pad and they were sticking straight out again. See picture. I would have ended up with a straight perm instead of a curl perm. Returning. Perhaps The glue in my kit was just faulty, I’m not sure but it didn’t work.

The glue is truly horrible . Lashes don't stick to the sheild . Even if you do somehow manage to make them stick (which takes a long time ), as soon as you add the solution they come undone . Other than that , everything works fine .

Great kit, definitely works. But I would advise that you buy a different eyelash glue. The one that comes with the kit is difficult to work with. I use "Duo" lash glue. It's more effective.

The instructions that come with it are vague but you can watch video tutorials on iTube, which is helpful. Over all for the price works great

Showed up with one bottle broken, but it was just the cleaning solution, hense the 3 stars. This product did work, as you can see by my photo. Interested to see if it lasts. However, it’s difficult to use. Make sure to watch a tutorial. I found that using an eyebrow brush to get the lashes to stick worked the best. Took a little while to get the hang of. If it lasts, I’ll be pretty satisfied with the product.
