This doesn’t act as it says in the description. The smoke rises up & never flows down the levels on the object. Complete waste of my money. Fantastic idea 💡 but no follow through. Very disappointing.

It was dirty when I got it - not sure if that was due to the packaging, but I was willing to move beyond that. After washing and lighting a cone, the real issue revealed itself - it isn't balanced at all! The smoke pours onto the first level and just overflows from there instead of dripping down like it should. Extremely disappointed.

Ideal back flow incense burner. Well made and great looking. Thanks. Fred

You have to put it up against a wall and zero air blowing for it to work.

This actually didn't work at all the smoke is supposed to Waterfall down and it doesn't do anything. Hoping I just got a messed up one and none of the others are like that

I loved the look of this product. Lit it and waited for the backflow. It started a little bit but mainly smoke swirled all sorts of different places. Even out of a drafty area. I think it would work better if it had a closed back cause air moves right through to disturb the flow.

Love it! But it's hard to enjoy if there is any airflow in the room
