I loved the lights in the mirror itself, though I have yet to use them due to the cheaply machined adapter bolts they supply with the mirror.I installed the mirror on my scooter and as soon as I tightened the adapter it stripped out and the mirror spun around freely.The mirror itself seems sturdy and not flimsy. I tested the lights off the bike, they are bright and look really nice, the 3 blue/white lights on the mirror side form a small triangle in the upper outside corner that is bright and can be seen from vehicles behind you.I will have to have new bolts machined here locally at a cost out of my pocket.I gave a 1-star rating due to the fact that the hardware is garbage, cheap, machining quality is non-existent and therefore the mirrors are not usable.If they offer a solution I will update.***UPDATE: Seller is sending new adapters seller is great to work with, they are trying to remedy the situation.***UPDATE*** 9/28/2018 ***Seller has shipped new hardware. I bought these to replace the stock mirrors on the Hawk 250. They dropped right in and fit perfectly, no modification necessary since they are 10mm. These heavy duty mirrors don't vibrate nearly as much as the stock mirrors and they're much clearer. They also hold their position fairly well even when riding the trails hard off-road. A worthwhile upgrade if you've registered your Hawk for the street and want mirrors that are more rigid and durable. 5-stars for this product.

Don't buy these if you absolutely don't know the exact specifications of this mirror and what you intend to mount it in. I CANNOT find handle bar adapters that these will screw into. The thread seems to be 5/16 inch or 7.9 mm. Most every adapter seems to have smaller threads. The mirrors themselves seem of good quality. The description does not include the thread size of the mirror's bolt. That would have been handy.

I installed them on my bike hand tight, then sat on the bike and snugged the bottom jam nut but the "arms" were loose so I tryed to snug the top nut under the cap and the one snugged up fine while the other seemed as though the nut or stud was stripped. Maybe it was a fluke of sorts or maybe just Chinese craftsmanship. Either way I returned them. Had it tightened the light on them would have been sweet I used a couple jumper wires and wired one up and it was plenty bright. To bad the darn nut striiped.

The mirrors are nice, the lights work on them. Although I wish they actually blink like the turn signals should. I think I need an extra component for that. It took a bit to install. The fasteners that came with them are horribly cheap material and kept stripping when trying to tighten them. I found a fix for them that helped me. I took the cap off, pulled the fasteners and springs out. Then I used M8x32mm bolts with the locking nut that came with the mirrors to install them. Worked out great. I believe you can also use M10 bolts as well, but my bike only needed the M8 bolts so it worked for me. Also a lot easier to loosen and tighten when adjusting to your preference.

For my bike they are not as tall so it is a little hard to see directly behind me as they do a great job of showing me my shoulders!Results: I would recommend these to other style of bikes but not Buells due to the height issue.

Very good price for increased visibility.Negatives: for the F4i I was unable to use the provided large bolts. As a result I’m constantly suffering from floppy mirrors. They flip down at speed, which is super not great. I expect some thread lock will fix this, and this leads to issue #2: forget about folding down your mirrors to park. The way these are built, each adjustment needs a wrench and a socket. If you casually push them down you need to retighten with tools or face kids pointing at you as you try to “get it up” at highway speeds like I just did.Otherwise they were a snap to wire (just tapped into current indicators) and they come with three diameters of bolts so I expect this will fit plenty. Just don’t expect to move these once you get them in place. But probably a small price to pay for *cheap* insurance.

Ok, they are good looking mirrors. But do yourself a couple of favors before installing them:1. Check the leads with a multimeter. The first set I got had a short that melted the wiring.2. Before you put them on your handlebars, unscrew the mounting screw from the mirror arm, put some threadlock in it, and screw it back in - tight. Otherwise it will lead to much frustration as it vibrates loose and gets floppy mirror dysfunction.3. Very Important: Unless you already have your bike rigged for LED lighting, you'll probably want to put a load converter in-line with these.With the above said - the look good, the view in them is good, the blinkers look sharp as heck.
