yes, it is sturdy and easy to install. It works great. I using it with a hookless shower curtain. It is high-quality and not shabby. no need for any hardware at all or tools. it will withstand really hard tugs on the shower curtain, but, of course, mounted in this fashion, it is not designed for chin-ups. It will handle the cat, but not the terminator.

The only thing negative about it was when I unscrewed the end there was some rust on the inside. Sent it back and the 2nd one didn't have that much rust but I kept it anyway since it was on the inside. Overall I'm very happy with the product and like the brushed nickel look.

I like the showerbar itself , but one end looked like it had been used . I will add a picture of both ends . One good the other not. Otherwise I would be happy with this purchase . It is sturdy and easy to install.

Love this tension rod! I had purchased a curved more expensive tension rod but it was too difficult to install. I wish I would have purchased this one from the beginning. It's beautiful and easy to put up (less than two minutes). I'd recommend this product.

I like the rod for what it is. We did not want a screw on rod and this was the nicest brushed nickel twist apart we could find. It has not fallen at all (tip: spread it wider than the wall and then bring it down to have a tight fit). The only thing I have noticed is some slight rusting already which is unfortunate. We have great ventilation in our bathroom too, so that is a bummer. It will serve its purpose though

I like this shower rod because it didn’t require being screwed into the wall. Assembling the rod took no time as the parts are clearly labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. It does take 2 people to install so you get the right tightness and evenness. Placed it then decided it needed to go lower… no problem. Loosening it then placing it again was easy. It has no slipped down the wall or shown any signs of failing so far. I hope it doesn’t rust. Time will tell.

It looks very good. Would fit well in most contemporary bathrooms. But the tension in the rod is not great. If you have heavy curtains or if you drape a towel on top (as one of the guests at our home did), the tension doesn't hold and the rod slips down. Luckily the tiled sidewalls of my bathtub stopped the slide down. Otherwise, the rod would have hit the ground. The other minor hitch is the shower hooks get caught in the "seam" for the rod when you slide the curtain back and forth. It is not a major problem, but is a problem nevertheless.

We redecorated our bathrooms and my husband has doors on his bathroom and soda why but I didn't want the doors to be visible so I picked out this rod to put in over the doors to hang a curtain shower up and I absolutely love the way it makes my bathroom look thank you
