Work well, bad directions
The epilator did exactly what it should. The product was coated with a greasy/waxy substance when first opened. It was definitely brand new, but this had to be washed off. The directions are terrible. The box and book have epilator and shaver heads mixed up in the pics and there are pics of things I wasn't sent, directions for parts I don't have, it's bizarre.

Great value and product!!
Product itself was way more than expected. Charger is fast and easy with an indicator light. It comes with a little baggie for storage and tons of easily adaptable heads ranging from shaver to epilator. The epilating process is definitely worth trying! Very happy with my purchase and such a great value!!

Def try one!!
I heard about it from an old friend, so I got one and absolutely love it! The first time or two it's painful but easy to get used to. It's a bit loud but worth it!

Wasn't Very Good
The device is very small and not very powerful. It also did not hold much battery life. If you are in the market for an epilator get something higher quality, going cheap isn't very good for this, though it does get the job done.

First timmer
This is my first epilator so i didn't know what to expect but its pretty cool. Saves me some time and this way I don't have to have to do maintenance as often. But ouch!!!

Ladies personal care.
One star is too much for this product. I hated it the minute started working with. I definitely do not recommend this product. It is awful. Dose not work the way it supposed to. Do not wast your money, please.

It’s an epilator!
Great product. Does exactly what it should is also great for tormenting unsuspecting teenage boys with 6 lip whiskers while sleeping BWAHAHAHA

It’s ok
It’s ok. Some parts of my armpit are hard to get. Never had that problem out of other epilators.
