Delicious, Nutritious, and Guilt-Free!
NOOCH IT! Cashew Parmesan is a total game-changer for plant-based eating. The flavor is rich, cheesy, and slightly nutty, making it the perfect topping for pasta, salads, popcorn, or pretty much anything! I’ve even started sprinkling it on avocado toast for a savory kick. What really sets it apart is the quality. The ingredients are clean, fair trade, and sustainably sourced, so I feel good about using it. It’s packed with nutrients like B12, making it a great addition to a vegan diet. The texture is fine and crumbly, just like traditional grated parmesan, but without any dairy. Plus, it’s shelf-stable and lasts a long time. If you’re looking for a healthier, ethical alternative to parmesan, this is it. Highly recommend for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone curious about trying something new!

Surprising good taste!
I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of this parmesan sprinkle substitute! Has a very delicious taste that is a touch of garlic, a little sweetness, and a bit of nuttiness. I really love it on my spaghetti! And it needs NO refrigeration!

Looks like parmesan
Was okay, A little bland, tastes okay, but more like garlic nuts than cheese. My granddaughter, who's a vegan liked it, waned more cheese flavor myself.

I like it, smells and tastes good I think
Got this for my 1 year old son who is being treated for cmpa, and transitioning to more solid easy to chew foods. Trying to find things he can eat since he's limited to what he can have, it's expensive but for him a little goes a long way, he likes a little on his spaghetti, lasagna, garlic herbs angel hair and all other foods I sneak in veggies. It's great on pasta salad. I plan to make a soft pizza, and use this as a cheese. I don't like vegan cheese on eggs, or baked/mashed potatoes, maybe roasted potatoes would be ok, or tater tots, brussel sprouts, and broccolli. I'm sure I'll find other ways to use it. I think this taste just like parmesan cheese if not better. I've even noticed an improvement with my health eating less dairy, since I don't like eating things he can't have in front of him, but don't think it'll last for me because of the price of dairy free products, I'm super frugal for money that can be used on other needed things. So maybe I'll learn how to make it myself, or be conservative with it like I am.

It’s ok
It’s ok, but nothing like parmesan. More like a seasoning.

Loved that it was more of a seasoning
Love this stuff. Have never tried it before, sprinkled on my asparagus and broiled it and gave it a crunchy texture.

not fooled not parmesan
I am on the hunt for a vegan parmesan. This is not it. It is made primarily from Cashew and tastes like cashews-not a great compliment to a nice Italian meal.
