It is what is pictured, pliers for installing snaps.
It's exactly what I thought it was but I have to downgrade at a store for two things. One is that they were incredibly vague about when it was going to be delivered. Secondly there is not a scrap of instructions to go with the product I made do weird YouTube video instructions for products like it.
