I wanted to find a good moisturizer and tried this. I know it says it's for men, but the smell can go either way. It reminds me of the smell of this green tea lemon expensive stuff from a hotel I stayed at once. The cleanser and moisturizer are both very light and silky. The cleanser comes up easily and completely and leaves no film behind. The moisturizer works well and my face still feels soft the next morning.

This set has surprised me! I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin and my skin loves this set! The cream is lightweight but very hydrating. The cleanser removes all of my make up but yet doesn't strip my skin. I can 100% recommend this awesome men's cleanser & lotion set for women, too! Men's products are usually just so-so but this set is the perfect cleanser & lotion duo if you're not looking to try a million products and want one that's "just right."

I probably should have started using stuff like this a long time ago, but am only getting into it now.These are a good pair, so you can wash and apply lotion.The scent isn't bad. Too many products out there seem to think choking people with musk is a good thing. This one is fine.

I tried the "Hawthorne Men's Everyday Essential Skincare Set" for this review prior to giving it to a male family member. The products have a nice list of natural ingredients starting with Aloe Vera and are paraben free which I appreciate. The cleanser is very nice with a general, pleasing scent that is gender neutral. The lotion is light and very moisturizing. It absorbs into the skin quickly with no residue. The set arrived in a zip lock bag with a safety seal under the caps.

I have been using the daily wash for a week or so now, and I am really liking it! Doesn't dry out my skin nor does it make it feel greasy like something is leftover on my skin. Has a gentle scent but definitely not overpowering (or very masculine, even if it says "Mens"). Lotion seems to work well, but will really put it to the test this winter!

This product is packaged with lotion and cleanser and has a nice scent. The cleanser is easy to use like a regular product and is effective. The lotion has just the right amount of moisture and hydration, so when you apply it to your face, your skin feels clear. The price is also cheap, so I recommend purchasing it.

I've been using this for a few days now and I really like the facial cleanser that comes in this set. Leaves my skin feeling nice and clean without removing too many of the oils. I give the facial cleanser a 5 out of five. However the lotion is not so great. It's really thick and heavy, it feels more like a leg or foot cream than a face cream in my opinion. It does moisturize very well, but I wouldn't say that this is good on my face. I'd give it a two out of five, I'll give the set of four out of 5 as a whole though.

I enjoyed trying out this set from Hawthorne. It is basic cleansing and moisturizing. They have a woodsy spicy smell and work well. The cleanser isn’t too harsh, lotion is very lightweight.
