Update 4/20/18A small piece of the inside of my salt grinder has fallen off.The salt grinder still functions, but this looks like it probably shouldn't happen. I will contact the customer service department and update as to what they say. I've changed my review to four stars because of this.The product works great and PHIVE is the only company I was able to find who had the "gravity" grinder in this finish.The copper finish is really great looking, and surprisingly hides fingerprints fairly well.The grinders function exactly as expected.The only thing I would note is that peppercorns tend to stick together when you are trying to pour them, like ice that has fused together in the bottom of your drink. Because of this, when using the pepper grinder for 5 seconds or more, the peppercorns will get stuck and require you to turn the grinder up and down again, or give it a little shake/smack. I am not sure if there is anything that can be done about this from a design standpoint, but it happens in all of my salt and peppercorn grinders.PHIVE also sent me an email to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Seems like a quality customer service department.

Gorgeous but on the finest setting half of the salt comes out not so fine. Good for the price though.

Hope they last longer than the last one I bought.

Don’t waste your money. These jam and cannot be fixed. My salt mill jammed on the first use. I tried taking it apart but could not find the jam. The pepper mill lasted about six months but eventually jammed also. They are pretty but do not work.

These look good, but do not work. You will be standing there all day waiting.
