I love this little thing. I do my own acrylic nails and with this little "magic wand" I end up with professional looking results. Get one!Edit: at first I gave this 5 stars because it really works well but I'm coming back a few weeks later to downgrade to 3 stars because I cannot find refills for the filing units. Once the grit on the 2 filing units that come with the file are worn down this electric file unit will be useless to me. Now I have to spend money AGAIN on another electric file that I can buy refills for. Bummed....

I really wanted to be able to use this to remove the top layers of my gel polish prior to soaking off. It barely removes the top coat, after a ton of effort. I switched back to a plain old nail file and manually file down the polish instead. The only thing I like this for is to trim my nails down.

Gets the job well done, not too strong just perfect for removing gel nail polish a little.

Not powerful enough better off filing with hand file...

You get what you paid for, could have been better, still gets the job done tho

I returned this because I knew it would not be sturdy enough to do my toe nails as they are thick & very hard . So I ordered a bigger better set.
