Toilet valve leaks
It's a load of rubbish it leaks all the while continuous l took to bits but it together again and still leaks done this 6 times l have up in the end and got another one and guess what he's it leaks with another one cheap plastic crap.

Poor quality
The product does not match the photo the outlet is slightly different without the plastic sleeve, it was easy to fit but it dripped constantly into the cistern which gets annoying. I ended up getting a better quality one which is excellent.

Makes squeaky noises
after flushing the toilet, the water in the tank fills up. once the tank is full the ball balance stop the water from filling in the tank. now then, the preasure of the water is causing it to make squeaky noises, even though I have tried lowering the pressure of the water it still makes noises.

Clever design.
The unit is cleverly designed so that you can adjust for any height cistern. In operation it is quiet and shuts off firmly when correct water level is reached.
