Don't get a tablet with pens that need to be charged
I originally bought this tablet back in 2017. I've had and used several drawing tablets over the years (Surface pro (1 and 2), Wacom bamboo fun, and various Cintiqs.) and really wanted one with a screen for zBrush and CSP on my desktop. While the screen resolution has been very nice on this tablet, it's basically unusable now due to the pens and how cheaply they're made. I purchased an ergo arm for this and it went on with no problem and worked GREAT while the pens were working but after about a year of very light use, the pens wouldn't hold a charge at all. Sure, it came with two but about 6 months after purchasing, they wouldn't hold more than 10 mins worth of draw time EACH. It's not like one died and I had one that was fine. No, BOTH died at the same time. I'm careful with out how I charge things but these are just so cheap, it didn't really matter. This tablet is basically a $400 monitor on an arm and not even that good of one when you take into account what's out there. I couldn't justify buying another screen tablet so I ended up getting a small (and cheap) tablet from XPEN specifically because their pens don't need to be charged.Moral of the story: DON'T BUY A TABLET THAT HAS PENS THAT NEED TO BE CHARGED.

The technical and customer support for this product is very limited. There were portions of the screen that did not register pen pressure and made it the cursor jump around and become un-calibrated.
