I have used this conditioner for 4 years as a deep conditioner once a month and it works perfectly. Recently my hair suffered some severe damage from coloring making it feel like sandpaper and very dull. The type of damage that you either cut off your hair or suffer with and let it grow out. Well, I used this once a week, 5 minutes per treatment for about 4 weeks and my hair no longer feels like sandpaper. My hair improves in shine and texture each week. Very happy!
