Very disappointing - poor quality.
I was very disappointed in the quality of these straighteners. I have used Remington products for many years and have found the quality to be good. These were lightweight and felt cheap. The cord was also really short - lucky I have an extension lead in the bedroom. My advice would be to spend a bit more money and get a better product.

Reliable
Have always found Remington to be reliable for hair straighteners with plenty of options across the range and prices to suit. They often have an extra long cord which I prefer but have only given 4* as the cord on the Mineral Glow is only 1.8m. On the plus side it looks good, heats quickly, has good size flexible plates & a neat pouch for travel. Recommend.

Hot and thin
Gets very hot on the outside quite quickly making it hard to hold after a certain amount if time. Narrow plates means it takes a while to actually straighten all of your hair as you need much thinner portions at a time than other remington straighteners

Very good for the price
The media could not be loaded. It's actually a very good product. I mainly use it for curling my hair but I straighten it sometimes too, I think it did a great job.The only thing I wish it had in the box would be heat resistant gloves, as the top bit with the logo is metal and gets quite hot, and the logo kinda smeared from the heat. But other than that it's working good and has 3 year warranty and 1 extra year if you register within 28 days of purchase. So for this low price is good, because if it breaks or malfunctions you could probably get it replaced 😉

Love these straighteners - they heat up quickly and just glide through smoothly. This may sound silly, but I love the colour of them, they just look so gorgeous! Useful bag provided for them as well.
