Gentle: Restoration

I did this Pietra with a church friend and was the reason for buy this dvd. The person who show us is not available to come here because isn’t close to her so I do now in home. Pietra is a calming and stretching muscles with Christians prayer and meditation. Awesome

Desapointing is only one exercise in the dvd. No a good value for the money.

This is a gentle, full-body series of stretches and exercises to strengthen the body and increase flexibility while also incorporating prayer time with the exercise time. I am recovering from injury and this video is helping me get back on my feet. Love that it includes prayer and meditation on the reality of our dependence upon God for all that is true, good and beautiful in life.

This video met me right where I was--busy life with kids, mid 40s, but no time for exercise or to have "me" time. This workout really is for body and soul. Both of which feel restored after a workout! If I am short on time, I do about 22 minutes, which soothes my back and neck. But the meditations are excellent. They inspire me to love Christ more and to trust in Him for my restoration. In this way, I feel very renewed. I am planning to buy more videos, but first I need to "graduate" from this one, because it is very satisfying for now. As my strength and flexibility grows, I will move forward. This video is a blessing!

I am very frustrated as i can't play this DVD on my computer.... NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! I guess I am going to have to return this product.... veery verrrryyyy disappointed.

This is perfect for me. I used to do yoga, until I really started deepening my faith. I really needed the gentleness of it because I messed up my knees about 9 months ago. I really feel it the next day when I'm walking down the stairs, so don't let the gentleness part fool you. Looking forward to buying and using the other videos.

Love this DVD. If you are loowing into working out this is more for "off" days because it's so gentle. I love it because I'm pregnant and any work out feels like major effort, but I had friends do it with me and wish it was a little harder.

Love this workout! Recently recovering from a major surgery and this has been a fantastic way to become active again and strengthen my mind body and soul.
