Witch Hazel Cream to prevent Acne,Wrinkles,Crows feet,Warts

I put this on under my moisturizer. It has had a good effect on the dry, scaly patches of my face. I don't seem to be able to find it in the U.S., this came from the U.K. It took awhile so you may want to order extra. It is good for many things. Package reads that it is good for sunburn, acne, wrinkles (crows feet), capillary bleeding, spots, blotches and warts. It contains Hamamelis Virginica and Calendula Officinalis. It is a cream and has a perfume scent that dissipates shortly after it is used.

I’ve used this cream for a while to test it in order to leave a review that may actually be useful. The scent is pleasant (it dissipates quickly), and is refreshing to a nose that is used to USA-made products and their overtly chemical scents. The cream blends in easily, and only a dab is needed - meaning this is economical. I’ve noticed it reduces redness and swelling of blemishes and bumps overnight. It will not dry the skin, and I’ve experienced no irritation. I find it promotes faster healing of bumps, red spots, and imperfections.

I haven't really had it long enough to say. I have used it a few times and have not had any adverse reactions. I don't know if it did any good. Regular witch hazel is good on my skin but evaporates quickly. I was hoping, being in a cream base, the benefits would continue longer. Too early to say.

This works great. I use the witch hazel wash and toner by dickins and primarily use this to spot treat me face. I also use on my sons eczema spots and clears up overnight. His face also gets chapped in the winter around the outside of his lips. Just put a little on and boom - clear! Smell is weird but worth it any day of the week!

Seems beneficial to me.

The odor in this too strong for most non-Indians. It is seems to be the same odor of cow dung powder, which many in India use as a therapeutic treatment. As for the benefit or improvement to skin, there is mild improvement but nothing which can be said is dramatic.

Effective

The cream is ok quality but is really useless if you want to use it for any major skin or body or face problems like acne, rash, psoriasis etc. It has only one percent active ingredient of calendula and witch hazel respectively. It maybe more suitable for mild conditions. Good and effective creams and ointments typically have five percent or ten percent active ingredient. As such it is mostly a cosmetic cream not medicinal. Too bad, I was hoping it would be more effective...didn't do anything for me.
