You're the Shit: A totally inappropriate self-affirming adult coloring book (Totally Inappropriate Series)

Overall, I am pretty disappointed in this coloring book.First, when I order an "inappropriate" "adult" coloring book, I expect more... inappropriateness. Out of the mere 21 pages, only *12* of them have sayings at all. In my opinion, *every* page should have such a saying to be able to truly call itself for adults.Second, for the price (currently $10), I expect the paper to be of better quality, and there to be more pages to color. (At least the pages are printed single sided so you don't have to worry about bleeding onto the design on the reverse of the page.)It's also disappointing that the images used in the coloring book are NOT created by the author, but instead are taken from dreamstime, a stock photo and illustration source.More well-known artists, who actually illustrate their own coloring books (such as Kerby Rosanes  Imagimorphia: An Extreme Coloring and Search Challenge , charge only a slightly more for a book of 96 original pieces printed on really good paper.Finally, many of the designs are not really suited for coloring. The details are so tiny (as you can see in the attached photo) that you either have to keep your colored pencil very sharpened, or use super-fine-tip-point markers or pens.Have I mentioned I'm disappointed?

I bought this as a gift and it went over great. This one does not have a word or phrase on every page. There are some pages that have pictures or other designs to color. This book as opposed to the other adult coloring book I bought was much more uplifting with cute sayings and fun ways of using the swear words into the design. I felt like there could have been more sayings and not just plain pages to color, but was a nice mixture.

So funny...I cannot stop laughing...I bought these for girlfriends at work....they cannot stop laughing when they open them...i love it. One friend was having a very bad/sad day....I handed one of these to her...cheered her right up.

Pictures are all great pictures to color, with a good variety to choose from and lots to color on each page. Admittedly, there were more f bombs included in this book than I was expecting, but the pages are thick and the book is put together well. Overall happy with the purchase.

I have a colleague at work who is typically very mild-mannered. Lately, she's been becoming frustrated with policy and personnel in our department. This was the perfect birthday present! She keeps this in her desk and whips it out when she's having a particularly irritating day. So fun!

I LOVE this adult coloring book! The messages are truly self-affirming and yes, inappropriate -- as soon as I saw this combination, I was sold! The designs are simply lovely and with enough detail to allow you to escape into the page as you color. I love anything that Jen Myers publishes, and this coloring book is no exception. Recommendations: gel pens are especially awesome with this; as seen with the wording in my images, you aren't necessarily going to want to share this book with your children. ;)

A beautiful book with uplifting phrases matched with well-drawn pictures. Another sweary coloring book to make you feel good, and totally approved for purchase age 17 and up! Feel better and giggle at the phrases at the same time!
