I’ve had this box since January and it’s already gone out. I hesitant to order a replacement and I’m not sure what route to go to contact the manufacturer.

Waste of money
It WAS a nice little system. Reason I say “was” is because the damn thing died a few months in. I got to use it a few times and one day I tried using it and nothing at all. All wiring is hooked up correctly but the cheap system stopped working already. Save yourself some money and buy a different brand.
