This wax is cheap and needs to be helped along but it does eventually get the job done and without irritation. I just notice it pills up a bit more and doesn’t clean up hair as effectively as Gigis wax. Ensure your skin is product free, and completely dry, and maybe even powder it too. I’ve gotten it a couple times, but probably will not continue.

I’m writing this 6 months after I bought this. So during the summer I wanted to try soft wax. I always used hard wax but wanted to give sort wax a try since it’s not too messy and I don’t have to clean much. So I bought this soft wax and the melting case or whatever. It hurt like normal but I was used it to since I’ve been waxing for almost 2 years at that time. But then it started to burn and turn red. It turned red and hurt so much whenever I moved my arm or touched my armpit. Then the next few days I experienced peeling. When I tell you I was in so much pain it was ridiculous. Wouldn’t want anyone to experience that. Now to speak of the aftermath of that. I used to really never have ingrown hairs in my armpits but I started to get more of that till this day. And I also got a lot of clogged pores. I have to constantly extract them. Even though it’s satisfying lol it hurts a lot sometimes. Keep in mind this was a a month or so after my armpit healed. I know it isn’t my deodorant because it was the same deodorant I used even before I used soft wax. Moral of the story be careful when trying this product out. Till this day I haven’t waxed my armpits only trim.

These wax refills were okay. Once you apply the wax for the first time, it works fine in fact great. But while second application it sticks to the hair and the rollers doesnot work. I had to throw the first one because it got caught with the hair and the rollers won’t move. So my suggestion would be apply the wax everywhere and then start peeling.

This was really amazing! It works so well with its heater, although the strips are rather small. So if you’re waxing your legs I would recommend buying the larger ones separately. I have pretty sensitive skin which is why it’s red, but it doesn’t irritate me at all! This is the first time I’ve waxed which is why there’s a bit left over (I have really thick hair). DO NOT USE THIS ON YOUR FACE OR OTHER SENSITIVE AREAS!!! GO TO A PROFESSIONAL FOR THAT!! Also, must use baby powder on area you’re waxing so you don’t take off your skin. Give it an hour or two for your skin to swell down and moisturizer with lotion or baby oil. Works like wonders.

It’s always a mf headache to try to open these. Since the wax is all dried up. The only way I’ve come around is to remove the upper part entirely. Dookie product
