I liked this plate up until it snapped in a perfectly clean line after only having it for 5 months. I applied light pressure to suction it to the tray and it snapped in half. I tried to email Avanchy and their email is invalid, not impressed. Spend your money elsewhere.

The build and quality is good, suction is strong. The silicone suction ring is very hard to remove and put back on, which is good and bad. Good that it keeps the suction strong but make cleaning hard. Since it’s bamboo, you have to remove the silicone ring each time, or risk moisture building between the ring and the base and have yucky stuff grow. This may be typical care for bamboo wear, but it is a bit harder to care for compared to other brands I’ve had

Au début nous avons acheté cela comme «folie» pour notre premier bébé car on trouvait l'ensemble trop joli. On trouvait que c'était assez cher mais l'avons tout de même acheté. Finalement, l'assiette est tellement pratique ! Le fait qu'elle ne va pas au lave-vaisselle est un aspect négatif... mais elle est facile à laver à la main. La succion est assez bonne !

Read some reviews before purchasing regarding the suction power of this one but still my toddler was able to remove this from his table in less than 5mins. But still I wouldn’t trade this for a silicone based one. Very durable and have no smell after use.

I avoided buying this product for a while, because I felt it was a bit pricy for what it was. I ended up wasting so much money on cheaper suction bowls which didn't work. I finally caved and bought this and couldn't be happier with the product. The suction is better than any other brand I've come across. I also love that it comes with the spoon.
