My First Hindi Words! -- Opposites: Teach your baby how to describe things in Hindi -- with this simple 35-page book!

As an expat mum who is raising her kid in multiple countries, these books are fantastic for language learning! Never wanting my child to miss out on the Hindi language while being surrounded by others, these books keep us grounded. The beautiful illustrations keep us coming back for more! This new book about opposites was really cute and I like the modern touch with the smartphone reference, language and technology is always evolving and its great that the author is keeping relevant with this next generation of early readers.

I'm a big fan of these books that teach Hindi in such a simple yet effective manner! Ever since the first book of the series came out, these have been so helpful especially with their natural progression to teach Hindi to the kids around me. The pace is just right and the beautiful, colorful and vivid illustrations make it such a fun, memorable read. I highly recommend starting from the beginning of the series so you have all your stepping stones in place before moving onto opposites. The author really has her finger on the pulse of her audience which has helped her create books that truly resonate. Can't wait for more so this beautiful language can reach the next generation!

This is by far the worst kids book I have ever seen . book is not hard cover so if your child is below 1 year they will most likely end up ripping it . A lot of the words in Hindi were spelt wrong . And the quality of the print was abysmal . It literally looked like the vendor printed the book at home

I am so thankful to the writer to make learning Hindi so much fun for younger kids with her creative, colorful and simple to use books. Kids find it very interesting to identify words with colorful images. My grandkids look forward to reading these books everyday. Actually I also am learning/refreshing some of the Hindi words as I have been in US for 35 years and beginning to forget some of these basic Hindi words. Thanks Reena. You are doing a great job...

I have one like this in English that my daughter loves, so this has been helpful to teach the same conceptual contrast, but in Hindi. We can get my daughter to understand conversational Hindi, basic directions, and the other books were helpful in teaching nouns and some ideas. This is good to help her learn the beginning of learning how to differentiate between ideas, so she can speak from her own thoughts. So far so good, good stuff.

Great way to teach Hindi to a beginner. Growing up outside the US, it’s hard to get our hands on books that are easy to read and are well illustrated, but this one fills the need! Looking forward to seeing more books like this in different languages.

I bought this book for my nephew's 2nd birthday and he loves it! He enjoys looking at the colorful pictures and he has begun using some of the words already. Great way to increase his Hindi vocabulary. Will definitely keep purchasing this author's books as gifts for the next generation.

Loved the fact that there is only one picture per page. This is a proven teaching strategy and helps a child focus on one concept at a time to truly learn the association between the word and the image. My daughter loved the pictures and at 2 years old is very interested in learning new words in Hindi and them using them in her daily life. This one is my favorite in the series!
