So thank you so much for your product and helping my grandpa get better.

Very Satisfying Gel-ish Stress Ball
I use stress balls and fidget toys as tactile soothing/distractions at work. My favorite stress ball of all time was made of gel inside. It was some sort of corn starch gel polymer thing that I can't find anywhere else and it was extremely satisfying to squeeze! It had a short lifespan though, so I began the search for the next ball. This ball claims to be full of gel but it is not similar to my previous amazing gel one. It's still satisfying and gel-ish, however! It's more on the side of a very gooshy bouncy-ball. I think the fabric lining on the outside is really important to its appeal because of two reasons.1) the inside could be made of the kind of gel other similar stress balls are made out of which collect dirt and lint and crap. I do NOT want that.2) The fabric also creates a very interesting surface tension that adds to the feel of the thing. I like it. Without it, I think the ball might be too easily damaged by energetic squeezing.I see other reviewers mentioning the fabric ripping but I kind of expect that of products nowadays and the company seems really great so I would just contact them if it seemed like yours rips way too soon. Mine has been fine so far! And, I like the fun colors :)

Everyone should have one probably it's so useful for handling emotions
Great smooth fabric texture on the outside, and then you can feel the gel on the inside. It's a bit firm but when you're really tense, you can unload a lot of pressure into it. When I'm upset or stressed or angry, I try to release my tensions into the ball. After a bit, I definitely feel a bit more relaxed from just letting that bad energy go. It's a great item to keep on desk or with you. I bought another because being a ball... well... my cats bat it around and it got lost, so I bought a new one. It's the same perfect quality too. Also it works as a fidget toy too, I have ADHD and sometimes I just like to feel the gel ball squish. It's relaxing.

and easy to store in my computer bag
I spend 10-16 hours a day typing, and as such, my hands suffer! The therapy ball is just what I've needed to take control of my hand and wrist health. The therapy ball is small, light, and easy to store in my computer bag. So far the ball has stood up well to repeated usage sessions with no noticeable degradation.I don't follow a specific schedule, but I try to keep it handy as a stress reliever, thinking aid, or momentary distraction. Whenever I need a moment to think, or find myself on a call, or otherwise not typing, I can pick up the ball and manipulate it, squeeze it, squash it...again, not following any specific regime; but even this absent-minded use of the product has had positive results. After a few weeks, I've noticed that my typing fatigue isn't as bad as it has been, and the general wrist ache that excessive typing induces has improved greatly.I would definitely recommend that anyone who spends a lot of time doing repetitive motions with their hands invest in a therapy ball to help manage the long term affects.

Perfect for people who destroy the foam or rubber stress balls.
When people say "stress toys are proven to help ADD", they sometimes don't realize that the stress toys used in those studies are not spinners or other complicated toys. They're foam stress balls. These are just as satisfying as foam balls, but they're a LOT more durable. I destroy the foam ones in a day or two of fidgeting. The gel-filled rubber kind last longer but are a nightmare when they finally break. THESE stress balls are fantastic. They've still got some kind of satisfying-feeling gel inside, but the outer cloth covering gives it long-lasting durability.I recommend these to anyone who can't concentrate without a stress toy, but can't afford to buy a new one every other day.(I do with they made a larger one. the 2 1/4 inch diameter is on the small side.)

Relief!
This thing is amazing. I mean only so much praise can be given to a hand therapy ball right? But believe me, this ball takes the trophy home. My wife suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome, these 2 alone will have your hands stiff as branches if one is not religious with excercise... this ball has brought so much relief to my lover's hands and wrists that I will never stop praising this ball. It's kind of a cloth outside with a gel filling which makes it just the right spot between firm and plush that is perfect for hand therapy, but for me what was truly surprising and honestly unequaled by any other brand is the fact that they finally went with a smaller measure! Yes, this ball is smaller than your regular hand therapy/stress balls and although you might feel like you paid more for less material this is actually so helpful when it comes to those painful ridden therapy sessions! On top of that I received a guide with some useful (although pretty basic) hand therapy exercises so that's just a plus!Thank you serenilite!

There are a lot of stress balls out there on the market, but this little gem is my personal favorite. Stress management can be better accomplished by using tools. The Serenilite ball fits comfortably in hand and is made of high quality, durable materials. I use it as a tool with my clients in counseling sessions, and it's comfortable and facilitates conversation. I highly recommend this gel ball for anyone who's looking for well-made, affordable stress ball. I will certainly continue to purchase them for my clients and myself.
