Kratos Commercial Chest Freezer, 23. Cu Ft Capacity, Solid Top, White, Large Storage (69K-750)

Fantastic freezer being rather light so easy to move, great structure and does an excellent freezing job within a short period of time.

This product was working fine and then suddenly started having issues we called the day of it happening stating that we need a repair or replacement. We told them as well that the freezer is full they said it will be taken care of. A week and a half later nothing no returned email or calls after that and we finally found someone to loan us a way to keep our food to find out that it completely failed and we lost all of our meat. We now finally got someone on the phone and it's department tag and no real answers after saying they will handle it.

Large, maintains cold, however it leaks air along the center seal causing the walls to freeze icicles. Loss of energy at this point of air entry.

I bought this and loaded it with a half cow. I love it.

the handle broke in the middle when opening the first day. had to pry lid open with a flat bar it freezes shut .yes it get cold and the lid sticks some times . it also makes noise when running, its in the back wall but not all the time .it get well below freezing and seems to be ok in all other things. i keep it away from back wall and have about 500 lb. in it. its been running about 3 or 4 month;s now with no other new problems. it says gas will burn on back??? thought it was freeon ? it does not say what is in it. I think i paid too much for the freezer s lack of quality in construction. maybe it will last?

It is working good! But the delivery the worst ever they broke the wheel of that freezer

So far this has been a great freezer. It didn't have casters but at 168 lbs we were able to move it to where we wanted it easily. It cooled down quickly and runs quietly using a regular household plug. I haven't had it long enough to speak to it's reliability but it appears well built. There was a problem with the shipping company getting hold of us so I had a chance to interact with customer service. I am very confident that if I did have a problem they would stand by their product. At this time though this Freezer is perfect and I look forward to years of use out of it.

I purchased this product 4 months before needing it. I stored it in my warehouse. When I was ready to use it I opened it and plugged it in and it would not freeze. The unit ran but no freeze. I contacted the company and was told a replacement unit would be sent and after 2 weeks no answer. So I called to find out where the new unit was and was told they will not warranty the unit because I was reselling it which was a lie. I corrected them and they still refused to repair or replace the unit. So now I am left with a worthless unit and still need a chest freezer.
