I wanted to like this umbrella so badly. It is so adorable. Sadly, cute doesn’t make up for lack of function. I would pass it off as a lemon if I had only bought one. But I bought two and both were flimsy and would stay open. Normally an umbrella is hoisted up and it clicks so it stays in place. There is nothing to keep the umbrella open. Again not just one but both wouldn’t stay open. Very disappointed.It was embarrassing Christmas morning to have two of my gifts fail. I just had to shrug my shoulders and admit I ordered from amazon and it’s like a box of chocolates... you never know what you’re gonna get.

If anyone thinking getting this for kids because it's short , easy to keep in the kids backpack then don't buy it! Impossible for kids to open or close, case ( box n bag) come with it are useless ( too small, won't fit in again after you take it out ). I haven't use it on rain day yet so have no complaint about that. Look ok for lady to use.

I was really hoping this was a keeper. Love the color, it appeared to be sturdy, and like the idea of UV protection but just couldn't keep it. I couldn't figure what would keep secured in an up position. Most umbrellas have something like a small button inside near the top that the umbrella slides over to catch it and keep it up, I didn't see anything like that. Would love to have kept it but that button is a main function (or something similar) of an umbrella to keep it up.

Cheap and defective can not even begin to describe how horrible this product is. Do not buy! There were several defects regarding this product and not your typically defects you might find in an item. Absolutely everything about this product is cheaply produced. The umbrella push button doesn’t even push, the umbrella doesn’t open all the way, and I’m pretty sure this isn’t rain proof or if protected. Not for the 2 pennies it cost to produce such a horrible product.

The umbrella is lightweight and small, perfect for casual use or daily commute, especially on days when I’m not sure if it’ll rain, since the umbrella doesn’t take up much space or adds much weight. The color is cute and the material seems sturdy. It takes some force to push it all the way up to open, but the button for releasing it for closure is well designed, and unlike the older style umbrellas, fingers wouldn’t accidentally get pinched when trying to close it. Love the chic look of it.

It definitely works as advertised, I love the color, and am absolutely happy that it fits in my purse. The case is practical, it keeps the umbrella from getting bent out of shape when stuffed away in my purse, lol 😝

I love the look, size, and sturdiness of this umbrella.The problems is that the umbrella fabric is somewhat absorbent (not fully water repellent) and the same goes for the case. This means that it stays wetter longer, is heavier, and the case being wet defeats the purpose of the case.The zipper on the case is also not strong enough/or the case needs to be larger for this umbrella. It's cute, but definitely not the best option for a compact umbrella.

It always raining in the fall at Chicago. I have been got wet several times because of the unpredictable rain at Chicago. I`m looking for a realiable and portable umbrella for quite a long time. This umbrella was in a good quality and the the shape and color is very beautiful. I think I can use it in strong winds without worry about breaking. By the way, I can put it in my backpack easily and the backpack still have lot of space, it was awesome ! I like it so much!
