1. I bought this and packaging was very good2. There are few negative reviews that ignored due to its positive ratingThe problem:Product might be very old- no proper glue to the glass and even alcohol was all dry in the provided kit(almost same as dry wipe)There was white power that was continuing to fall from wipes while cleaningI finally successfully installed and it was all fine few minutes later and air gap formed( was wondering but glue just left the glass on phone)Later after few hours half of the glass left the screenI initially reached out to seller as mentioned in the packaging ( they wrote every review is important)They never replied to me after 3 days I reached Amazon on this to be sortedAttached is the image circled portion happened in minutes and bottom happened in 4-5 hours of installationI have installed a lot of tempered glass screen till date and this is the first one and for an iphoneXRBuy at your own risk

It’s not at all scratch resistant as mentioned in the product description. The tempered glass already got scratches!!!How can I get it exchanged, it’s mentioned in the product description that it’s under warranty!!!

The media could not be loaded.  The screen cracked within one day of application without any serious impact. Not expected this issue. However they promptly agreed to refund the money without any hassles. Good customer service.
