Have had this for a little over half a year now and it's pretty good. Have worn it in saltwater with no ill-effects.Only complaints are:1) If you play guitar or are dealing with any delicate surfaces, etc, it's probably a good idea to remove the watch.2) The clasp is a pain in the butt to remove - I have to either use a screwdriver or use a towel or shirt as a buffer so that my fingernail doesn't get bent from trying to snap the clasp off.3) The band retains water/moisture and if you don't dry it off every time it gets wet it will start smelling pretty nasty. For the past month or two I've noticed this especially and am constantly removing the band to rinse off with soap and dry off before putting back on. It's pretty annoying.

alright
So far so good.I have the mesh band with buckle, which is the kind of strap I always preferred back in the day when I wore a watch. So far, it is all holding together well and I like the mechanism for removing the tracker when I need to charge it. (So long as it never ever breaks, haha!) But I like not having to push it in and out. However, I do have two complaints.1) It is too loose and I would like it a bit tighter. However, I have it adjusted to the very last notch. I assume it doesn't work to put it where there are no notches? Initially I assumed this must slightly be my fault for not paying attention to the 16-22cm details in the description. But then I measured my wrist and my wrist is greater than 16cm. *shrugs*2) It is a little hard to unbuckle. It is not easy like my watch and my mother's watches always were, despite being the same kind of buckle. I do like to remove it when I shower. The first few days I had to use the screwdriver to open it! (ie undo the bit which allows you to change the length.) But then one day it did come off without doing that, and since then I have been able to unbuckle it - but it is still not seamless. Perhaps my hooks were bent a little too tight? I really don't know.

It was good until the snag...
Update Jan 2020: The silver buckle band hit a snag, litterally. The links of the band are open enough to snag on fine hairs, or mesh. At work, my job foolishly uses very cheap bands that are mesh-like in my process, so in the bend edge rubbing against one of those bands, snagged at one link on the band. When I tried to unsnag, the link on the band bend out. Been trying to rebend it back so it doesn't snag my hairs or scratch my wrist.I've ended up ordering the alternative band/strap of this listing in all black. If I could find a good replacement, I'd just use the middle section that holds the tracker with a different strap setup. Sadly finding a 10mm strap that fits my tastes is difficult. I really loved this buckle design. BTW, the buckle unfortunalte did seem like it was starting to fail on the clasping part that locks it in. With a little innovation to the design for quality/longevity I'd be a completely switched to these types of straps.Old Review: feels light enough on my wrist. The adjustment of the strap to fit was a bit annoying, but should be a one time ordeal. However, the length of that strap is now pretty obnoxious after the adjustment. The latching system is a bit awkward, but it is reliable.I bought this strap mainly in hopes of not having the band unlatch itself like the silicone ones, and it delivers in that regard. However, the situation in which silicone bands were unlatching for me was work related, not exercise nor running related. Silicone bands like the one the Mi Band comes with are best for their purpose.I read complaints about getting the tracker in and out of the strap, but I didn't see the issue that others were experiencing.I read comments about water or sweat making the strap smell, and I don't understand why someone would want this band for anything but fashion, thus habits of washing hands, not wearing this durring water related activities, and not working out or jogging with this band on would prevent that. Yes, before fitness trackers there are people who would switch up their watch based on the utility needed; Fancy straps and delicate designs for the dinner dates, but utility and cheap function for activities.I did however choose the silver based on comments of color peeling on the other options. It also happened to be cheaper.

Awesome quality
This metal band is awesome. I used a similar product with my original Mifit for years, so I knew I wanted something like this for my 3 band. The quality is amazing, it gets wet all the time and no rust or wear. Its spring loaded clamps I was frightened wouldn't hold the Mifit itsself very well, but boy it does! For this price you literally get so much for your money. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if something of this quality went for over double the price. That's how good it is. I've used it daily for over 3 months now and theres no end in site. At the gym, in the shower, etc. It holds up!

Really nice band for work and special occasions
These bands are great! They look expensive and I get tons of compliments on my mi band. It came with the tool to remove the extra links and it's very easy to use. I've been wearing mine for a few weeks now and I definitely recommend these. I bought the silver one first, and ended up getting the other colors. I hate sleeping with jewelry or a watch, and thought it'd be a problem, but they're very comfortable to sleep in, and I haven't had any issues with it digging into my wrist. Buy it, you'll love it.

Stylish way to dress up mi 3 fitness
It's definitely not the silicone flexible kind of a band it's more of a dressy nice band for special occasions I wouldn't recommend it for running or exercising to the gym but if you wanted to keep your tracker on but dress it up this definitely for you . Easy to adjust and very nice looking definitely would buy again highly recommend a little side note if you have VERY small wrist this will not work for you it would be a bit bulky on top and not comfortable

Since changing to a spring mechanism not worth it
I had ordered two of these before and they were snap in. While it was a trick to learn to pop the monitor out, once you got used to it, it was easy. Best was it was smaller like a women's watch band for smaller wrists.Ordered more recently 3 more colors and got a total different design with springs and bulkier, more like a men's band. On one the spring mechanism broke first wear. No idea why they changed it, but the change is junk. Returned all 3.

No tan buena opción
Ya una vez montado en el dispositivo no se ve tan bien y el broche es poco práctico, termine por quitárselo y ponerle la banda original
