Packaging was good arrived safely no damage.At 1349 rupees best guitar for beginners... go for it.....One can learn enough on this guitar then invest in high quality guitar.Sound and build quality is average.For better sound use D'Addario ez890 string....And loose string tension after every use to increase bridge life.

Guitar is over all nice but it is mentioned that 2 picks or plectrums with guitar but there is no plectrum delivered with guitar... which is disappointing.... otherwise its a must buy product
