I like the laundry bag, but the instructions to set it up (it's a laundry bag- who sets up a laundry bag?) were strangely over complicated. There are 4 steel rods that filter through open loops on the inside of the bag. These 4 rods act as the support so it can stand up in your closet. Well, it took me about 30 minutes to figure out what the instructions were telling me with respect to how to run the rods in the bag. Then it said to fold the top part over and make an 'X' or something to that effect. After getting the rod debacle figured out, when I went to do my first load of laundry, one of the rods' ends broke off. It was a complicated mess, and too much of one for just a laundry bag. Carrying it could be more comfortable as well. It has a strap but in no way does that make carrying your laundry on your shoulder more comfortable. Next time, I'll buy something with a handle instead of a strap.

I would buy it from another company, the strap on the side was defective on mine, you couldn't use the strap at all. its supposed to connect at the top so you can carry it easily on your shoulder. I bought mine to use for my blowup kayaks but they didn't fit. My daughter bought a few from another company also on amazon and wanted another one for christmas so I just brought her the one I bought. I didn't realize mine was defective until she pointed it out. She showed me what they are supposed to look like. Mine was missing a clip, the clip is supposed to be stitched to the side near the top, there wasn't even a hole there where it should have been, it was never there. I would have never been able to load them into the car with the defective strap. My daughter has been very happy with the two she bought from another supplier.

This bag is the THIRD bag for my college freshman. He waits too long to do laundry so he ends up over stuffing the bags...which caused the first two of different styles to come apart. This one is made of canvas and sewn together a lot better than the other two styles. Worth the extra cost. I like that the poles can be disassembled for storage when he’s home.

I am being completely honest when I say I love this bag. It doubles as my dirty clothes hamper. Stands up, as described, and stays up. No complaints! It was as described, and is made well....not cheap. I have had it for a while now, and it's always crammed with clothes by laundry day. The backpack strap has held up so far. I got the black one, and have been asked about it every time I've been to the laundry mat.

It’s a great idea, and works well on paper. As soon as I figured out how to get the white stands into the holes it stayed up but only for a little while, and was pretty flimsy right away. I started to use the bag the way it was designed for, a carrying laundry bag to take on the go. As soon as i tried taking the white rods out, they pulled apart and then bottom half got stuck in the little rod slot. Really hard and time consuming, not a great product and not super easy to use.

I love this laundry bag. Easily toted around my house. This holds sooo much laundry its awesome. (6 loads). I filled it to the brim, threw it across my back expecting to hear a rip or tear, nothing of the sort happened. Drug it across my cement basement, the bottom is durable, no damaged bottom so it's a thick material. I love this laundry bag and will be buying 2 more.

Bought this and so far so good. I live on the 4th floor and carrying laundry up and down absolutely SUCKS! This had made it so much easier, I can just throw it on my back and go, no more cutting off circulation on my arms and bags ripping this has held up with all my clothes in it and I have ALOT!

I keep the plastic rods in even when I turn it into a backpack. I love this thing. It doubles as a hamper and turns into a backpack-which is great for someone who lives in an apartment complex and needs to bring her laundry to a laundromat. And it seems quite durable, which will come in handy-I like getting a good bang for my buck
