Stays where you put it
I have worn this belt through a couple training sessions now and it stays exactly where you put it. Anyone that has dealt with military style MOLE systems knows it is difficult to attach items but once in place those items do not move around. Although the weeding on this belt is not technically MOLE standards it works just as well. There is not room for three full bands of MOLE so there are to small bands on the top and bottom of the belt that interface perfectly with your pouches and such. The inner belt is flexible and fits as snug as you want to pull it. The outer band is very stiff but once wrapped around your waist and attached via Velcro you no longer feel the stiffness.Once you have put the belt on correctly it stays in place and is comfortable to wear. The only issue I have with the whole system is the suspender tabs. They stick up on the top of the inner belt and make it a little difficult to pass the inner belt through your belt loops. Finally, do a little reading to get the correct size. The sizes advertised are belt sizes not pant waist sizes. I believe the general rule of thumb is your belt size is 2” bigger than your pant size. I am a 34 so I ordered the belt that had 36 in the range and it fits perfect.

Good gear.
As with anything, there's always a caveat right. GGG makes solid stuff. I own their minimalist plate carrier, and about three different packs they made/make. The inner padded velcro belt beats my previous one in two ways. 1. It's padded, it's not just a thick stiff piece of nylon with velcro. This makes it more comfortable. 2. It's tightening system uses a D ring and thinner strap to cinch and velcro down, instead of just sucking in your stomach and trying to stick the belt in the right spot on other belts. Now here's the caveat.... a good feature if you want to use the suspender system, but there's three loops that are decently stiff that stick up above the belt that get caught on every loop of your pants, and the blackhawk tactical pants I use the belt with for work has pretty wide belt loops. So I have to meticulously fold and squeeze three suspender loops through seven belt loops. If that's not a big deal to you then this belt would get 5 stars. But if you like to just run your belt through nice and smooth and you have little patience this might bother you. Otherwise the outer belt is good and well thought out. They've thought about the tightening system on the outer belt as well, and the both inner and outer belt have as much real estate with velcro as possible so you get a solid purchase.

Great inner/outer belt system
This is actually a very decent belt system for the cost, belt mounted pouches work well, I haven’t tried any molle yet. The Molle on the outer belt isn’t as loose as it appears in the photos, once it’s on you it lays flat. One thing I didn’t like was the inner belt has some tabs which I’m assuming are to be connected to a chest rig? I cut them off to make it easier going into belt loops. Sizing is accurate and tightens up well. Stitching is done well. Overall haven’t had any issues. One thing I could see as a problem is it only tightens from one side and velcros into the underside of the outer belt. I haven’t had it move on me yet though.

Size is important
What you need to know about size to avoid the same mistake I made.Measure your waist to determine your actual waist size. I purchased a size small 34 to 36 and it was just a bit short. I wear 34 waist pants but it turns out my actual waist size is 36". No, I dont have a muffin top, I'm actually in great shape. Getting back to the review, the belt itself, Small 34-36, is actually 34" in length and then has a 5 inch velcro strap that has to reach the buckle and return to the belt to velcro attach. So in my case it needed 2" in each direction (4" total) which only gives a 1 inch bite to hold the belt and that is not enough. I recommend using a fabric tape to measure your waist and then use this number as the lower number of the belt size for your guide. For me as my waist is 36" I have reordered the belt 37"- 39".I do like the two belt system and the construction appears solid so kudos to GGG. Once I have it set up with my safariland holster for sidearm plus 4 mags, and 2 mags for my M4 I'll follow up.

Unicorn gun fighter belt.
This thing is awesome. The dual belt setup keeps everything in place. The inner belt has good padding without being obnoxiously huge. The outer belt is smaller than traditional battle belts without sacrificing the usefulness. The two rows of molle are purposely spaced close together to keep the profile down. If you use flexible molle clips and pinch the middle row of your pouches, everything goes together with zero movement. Blade tech clips also fit extremely well for attaching kydex gear and holsters. I’ve seen a few reviews with people who say their pouches are loose and flop around. It’s because they don’t know how molle works, or they are weaving it wrong.

Runs small, very tight MOLLE loops, works OK
I wear a 34/35 waist in pants and the medium belt runs small. I should have gotten a large but their sizing said a medium would work. The MOLLE loops on the belt are very tight and while they hold MOLLE attachments very well it's very difficult to put on and take off anything with standard MOLLE attachments. Would I buy this belt again? Probably not.
