In general, Lavender is one of my favorite scents. I LOVE lavender essential oil but this product smells really bad. It definitely smells floral and (luckily) the smell doesn’t last long. I would not buy this product again, instead I’m going to try making a DIY lavender water spray with lavender essential oil, maybe a little witch hazel and distilled water.

I have been using lavender hydrosols for a few years now and absolutely love it. The brand I usually buy was out last time so I thought I'd try this one and have not been disappointed! I use it for a facial toner and soak a cotton ball with it and use it over my whole face including eye lids and it moisturizes and invigorates my skin. I especially like being able to perk up in the middle of the day this way without actually washing my face. I use it everywhere my skin feels irritated including on a q tip inside my nose when winter air has me dry and sore and even "down there" when irritated skin has me feeling mean and edgy. The only comment I have is it don't care for the bottle itself. The plastic is hard and difficult to squeeze but I simply squeeze what hydrosol I want into a small dish or bathroom cup and go from there. Love this stuff! Will keep buying!

This is my first time buying this particular product from Alteya Organics. I am a regular customer with Alteya regarding the Organic rose water. I loved this product firstly because of the smell and then the cleansing effect it had on my facial and neck skin. I do not wear makeup at all because my skin is hyper sensitive and rejects all chemicals. My only makeup is the rose water toner and now the lavender water toner. The best compliment for a woman is when no one can tell her age accurately and trust me if you use these two products on an alternate basis you will be a very happy camper. I am speaking from experience. The one thing I would like to mention is that before going to bed I use organic cotton balls and the lavender toner to wipe my face and neck clean. I smell very good and feel very refreshed. Big bottle also so it will last a long time. There is absolutely nothing I dislike about this product.

I don't get all the negative reviews.I'm a cosmetologist who studies ingredients, and this is the real deal. Does it smell flowery like the floral waters which are a by-product of essential oil production? No, because this is a true distillate, so it's going to smell earthier, more astringent, and less sweet than some of the commercially produced sprays that people are accustomed to. If you want an aromatherapy experience, then put a couple drops of lavender essential oil in distilled water or fractionationated aloe. But the to appreciate this product for what it is, which is a very effective toner that plays nicely with other skincare products, can be used night or day, and can also be used as an ingredient in DIY products.Anyway, this is a FANTASTIC toner! Works great for the Korean "seven skin method" (Gothamista on YouTube has a great tutorial for this). The dispenser on the top is awesome too, prevents wasted product and keeps product fresh.If I could give 10 stars, I would! Can't wait to try the rose distillate.

This is the best facial cleaner and hydration spray. I have used it for years on my sensitive skin and it heals any blemish or rash quickly! Won’t be without the spray. I cleanse first and then spray the lavender water on a cotton ball to wipe on face and neck. Next moisturizer!

I love this stuff!!! It really helped with my mild roscea and hydrated my skin to make it look youthful and it even took away all my morning facial puffiness. I have bought 3 sizes; 2oz glass bottle(first purchase to see if I liked it), 17oz BECAUSE I LOVED IT SO MUCH, and the 14oz glass bottle because it was on sale with an additional coupon. Adding it to my Christmas list!;-) Well worth the money and overall an AMAZING beauty and health product! Invest in yourself and don't hesitate to buy this product. :-)

I love how gentle this is, it’s very soothing. This has honestly become my favorite part of my skincare routine.

I know the price may deter you from buying, but I will say it is worth every penny! I see a noticeable difference in how clean my pores look! My skin is radiant! It is a product that goes a long way.....My face and neck look and feel so clean! I love how my face looks after I use it! I added this to my daily/nightly facial regimen routine and am thrilled with the results! The fragrance is natural and clean smelling! I also have it in Rose with the same results!

Non era proprio quello che mi aspettavo.. Nel senso che nella mia testa immaginavo il bel profumo della lavanda fresca. In realtà l'odore è di lavanda essiccata un po' "vecchia" (non so se vi è mai capitato di avere i sacchettini di lavanda essiccata nei cassatti, dopo diverso tempo perdono il classico profumo appena percepibile). Non è male, eh. Solo che a me ricorda più il fieno che la lavanda. Lo userò senz'altro per le tante proprietà, ma non credo che lo ricomprerò.

Non metto in discussione le proprietà di questa acqua di lavanda che avrò la possibilità di scoprire nei prossimi giorni, ma posso affermare che una volta odorata è stata fonte di grossa delusione. L'avevo infatti acquistata in quanto sono in un periodo che gradisco molto l'aroma di lavanda, trovandolo rasserenante e molto gradevole; ebbene questa acqua ha solo un vago sentore di lavanda, sopraffatto da un sentore di erba/fieno. Inoltre spruzzata sia sul corpo che sul cuscino/indumenti dura per pochissimi minuti. A parte l'aroma questa acqua mantiene le promesse: la provenienza (Bulgaria), il fatto che è composta solo da fiori di Lavanda Angustifolia bulgara fresca distillati al vapore, che è al 100% naturale e organica, che non è testata su animali, che una volta aperta ha la durata di dodici mesi (è indicata anche la scadenza, luglio 2020)... oltre a possedere il logo USDA Organic che certifica che il prodotto è riconosciuto come biologico dalla legge Federale degli Stati Uniti, che è BPA free, cioè priva di bisfenolo... Ma la profumazione e la poca durata della stessa sono difetti per me gravi, anche se a onor del vero devo ammettere che più i giorni passano, più trovo questo aroma "gradevole" (sto passando dalla sensazione di sgradevole a quasi piacevole) ma, considerando anche il fatto che di questa marca possiedo un balsamo labbra agli oli essenziali di lavanda che mi piace tanto da darmi quasi dipendenza... beh la delusione è stata cocente e non penso che la ricomprerò.
