I purchase a Flex Belt Abdominal Muscle Toner , Black, 24"-47" because the reviews were good, plus it was a more expensive product than most of the others on Amazon, and I wanted to get a good one. This is a good one. I have been using 2 of these myself for the past couple of weeks, plus I got one for my wife. They fit well. I need the extension that comes with the product, which works well, too.What I didn't want was something that shocks you, and something that doesn't get my abdominal muscles flexing. I started out at 50 and now am up to 80, and I get some really good contractions. I position one belt just above my naval, than the other just below that. Love it!Next, I position one of the belts on my lower back. After just 2 weeks of this routine I seem to be hitting the tennis ball harder (important for someone over 65), and am able to give my son a run for his money. I hate it when he beats me all the time! Of course, I am using another muscle building program for arms and shoulders, but this fills in what I need in the abdomen. A great product!Concerning the pads, some have complained that they don't stick well or last long. I use a wash cloth each time before exercising, and using the machine for abs and lower back each day, yet after 2 weeks the pads act as if they are new. They make a super connection and work well.

I purchased a belt from this company with a 2 year warranty. Their gel pads have to be purchased separately and I purchased 3 sets of these. After about 7 months using the belt, the belt stopped working. I thought it was the pads, so i bought more. They did not solve the issue either so i contacted customer service. Arthur was incredibly rude and would not help me. I tried to escalate to management but that is impossible. So i called in and was told to mail back the belt with the controller and they would send me a new one. I did so and about 2 weeks later I got a belt but no controller. the belt cannot work without the controller. I talked to arthur again in customer service who told me I did not send the controller back and refused to send me another one. I don't understand this company. They have a good product but they are not standing by their claim of 2 year warranty. Do NOT Buy this belt unless you want to keep dumping $200 into a new belt. the belt will not last more then one year and its one of these companies who when you go to claim the warranty, they give you a really hard time. Not worth it. The belt it not that great.
