A good pillow if you want a pillow that is supportive and contoured. Compared to other contour pillows, this is by far better. Most contour pillows have 2 heights of contour on the long side. This works because you maybe a smaller or larger person and wanting your head to be higher. The problem is the space between the 2 contours do not allow for the top of your head to rest properly. From personal experience since I've owned many memory foam contour pillows (I am a short person and I use the smaller contour side), if I use the small side, the larger side bumps up against the top of my head or right under the top of my head. This causes my head to tilt down towards my feet. Not really a good position and defeats the whole purpose of having a contour pillow. With this pillow, there is only one side that is contoured and there is also a notch to rest your neck. The other bonus is that the contour is higher on each side of the notch so if you are a side sleeper you still get the support you need.The reason this isn't 5 stars is because it does not come in a king size but only a standard size.

There are lots of positives about this pillow:Good weight, the foam is dense enough to hold your head up, but not so dense that you feel like you're sleeping on a rock. The shape makes the perfect spot for your head to rest with room for your shoulders if you're a side sleeper. It also comes with a silk pillowcase (I went back to my normal pillowcase...but if silk is your thing, looks like you've got an extra one!).The pillow is probably perfect for a smaller person, I have broader shoulders and a personal preference for a higher pillow, so I put a very thin pillow under this to raise it up for a bit. I sleep with 2 pillows anyway, so if that's not your thing, this foam pillow may be perfect for you as-is.If you are looking for a foam pillow specifically for neck support and shoulder room, you'd be making a good choice with this one.This item was provided to me for my honest feedback, which I have provided here. Overall, this is a very nice pillow. There is ZERO bad smell to this straight out of the box which is a huge bonus! I've gotten others that have smelled for MONTHS before I could use them. It's thinner than I expected on the cut out side. It feels great for me when laying on my back. Sadly, I'm not a back sleeper and I found that when laying on my side, it wasn't high enough for my shoulder to be placed right and the corner is too firm for me. That being said, my 8 year old LOVES it. It was also the perfect depth for my toddler who likes to sleep on other memory foam pillows that just seem too thick for him. I will add pictures as soon as I get a chance to take some as I believe they would really help to show what I'm trying to say. Overall, a nice pillow with no odor definitely worth a try for anyone but ESPECIALLY kids. Their alignment is just as important!!

Let me start off by stating that I have owned 3 or 4 other memory foam pillows over the years but have never kept them for a long time because they generally always were too hot for me to sleep on. I was looking for something that was cool and provided some memory foam support but being a side sleeper it can be hard to find the right shaped pillow. Problem solved, this pillow is perfectly shaped and just the right height to support my neck. Right out of the box I put a cotton pillow case on (came with a free pillow case but I opted for one of my own) and the pillow felt super comfortable. It has kind of an indentation in the middle that is specifically made for side sleepers (the manufacturer also states it is good for back sleepers but I can only comment on side sleepers since I sleep on my side). I found it to be much more comfortable than other memory foam pillows I have tried. No stiff neck and it felt natural from the first time I laid my head down. It also isn't nearly as heavy or bulky as some of the other memory foam pillows I have owned in the past. I was very happy right out of the box and after 3 nights of sleeping on it I am happy to report it is even better than I originally thought. Very comfortable all night, I hardly even roll over and I haven't experienced any overheating or sweating at night like I did with other memory foam pillows. Great value for the price, this pillow has exceeded my expectations for both comfort and value. I know it sounds strange, but I actually look forward to going to sleep tonight after writing this and thinking about how comfortable this pillow is. Sweet Dreams!!

I am used to sleeping on memory foam pillows. I have a very large one on my bed.I needed a smaller version for when I nap on the couch. This product caught my eye and I purchased it blindly.The pillow is excellent. Like all memory pillows, it grabs your head as it slowly sinks into the foam. The foam then reshapes itself to give your neck support. There is constant cradling that keeps your head in place. The pillow does not go flat like traditional pillows. From past experience, these pillows tend to last longer as well.I really had an excellent rest using this pillow. There was no heat retention whatsoever.The only negative I can give here is that the company included a pillowcase, which is great except for the fact it's two times larger than the pillow itself. You may need to get another pillowcase, or, just tuck the excess underneath.This pillow suited my sleep needs perfectly. I would highly recommend.
