Doesn't work
Upon arrival, item immediately was defective. Applying pressure did not make the force gauge move at all. Totally useless, unbelievably cheap looking for the price!!

It is not reliable, it brokes at first use
The product is not reliable. Bought to evaluate temporomandibular joint pain. On first use, it lost the initial zero. On first use it crashed in the middle of the trial. I thought it would be a mistake of excess force. I bought a second and the same thing happened. I do not advise. Do not buy.

Make a different purchase
I give this product 0 stars as it does not work the way it should. The product itself is cheaply made and does not even reset properly.
