I'm in love! This pillow is so different from my other pillows- it's much better! This is a flexible latex tri-core pillow that has texture and lots of bounce to it. It feels wonderful to sink your head into it, as the cushion simply cradles you like a baby. It's soft, comfortable, supportive, and effective in relieving neck and back tension and pain. I suffer from chronic neck and upper/lower back pain, bulging/herniated discs and muscle spasms, so I'm extremely picky when it comes to pillows. I usually wake up in pain or have trouble falling asleep because of it. This pillow is absolutely excellent, and I wake up feeling so much better! I sometimes sit on this pillow or prop it up behind my back- it's super comfy. It's really ideal for back and side sleepers.I switch on and off between this and the company's memory foam pillow. Both are different in style but equally incredible in alleviating neck and back discomfort. I'm really pleased!! This pillow rocks!

I ordered the Rhyl Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain - 100% Cervical Pillow Natural Latex Tricore Pillow - Cervical Support Pillow - Luxurious Natural from Thailand in an attempt to try to find a pillow to sleep on so that my neck would not hurt every single morning when I got up. I read the reviews and read the description and decided to give this one a try. I have now slept on it for several nights and I could not be any happier. It is SO soft and comfortable! I am a side sleeper and I am no longer trying to punch my pillow or fold it over in search of comfort. This cradles my neck and head perfectly and stays nice and cool. It has a very nice zippered cover that is easy to remove and wash. These would also make great gifts. I honestly could not be happier with this pillow and I really recommend it. Fantastic pillow.

I'm a skeptical person by nature. I have very bad neck pain,my back is cracking all the time. Throughout the work day I get tension headaches and pain. I needed a new pillow and thought I'd give this a try since it had a few good reviews. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! I tried it for the first night last night and it's unbelievable, truly the best purchase I've ever made on Amazon. I slept so well, and didn't wake up once. The pillow is firm but it's so soft! Held its shape, i'm a side sleeper so I slept on the high side and it cradled my head while supporting my neck firmly. Try this pillow, you will love it.

This pillow feels so good, there's a groove for your neck and it's super soft with a firmer center. I have a messed up neck from snuggling my baby and it seems to be helping. It came rolled up and it slowly got bigger after I took it out. It has 2 cases, the top case is super soft and the under case probably isn't meant to be taken off. There was no factory smell at all. It's a great pillow and it feels amazing.

After using this pillow for a week I can now make a critical assessment on it. I often get a bad, stinging flare up of neck pain when and after I work sitting upright doing computer work 5+ hours continuously at a time (5-7 days a week); it is the nature of my profession that I work like this. Even when I lay in bed the pain is not relieved unless I have a pillow "scrunched up" right under my neck. I've used one of those travel neck pillow/collars to sleep with, and though it would relieve much of the pain, it was difficult to sleep with the whole night because my head could only be in one position (looking straight up).This particular design of cervical pillow works for me because I can still sleep on either side and my neck would still be elevated. The mild "elevation" of my neck during sleep let those neck muscles rest and recover, no matter where I rocked my head. Some may prefer a design where you have you head in a deep contoured channel; everyone is different but maybe this design will be a solution for most people. As for quality; the foam is firm, and it sleeps cool. The contoured pillow case on it is nice (and washable), but I took it off and used my own "basic" pillow cases as I change my pillow cases every 2-3 days.My days of buying those $7 Walmart pillows are over. This is not a cheap pillow, but because I'm getting real relief from my neck stingers, the price of this pillow is money very well spent...

This pillow is not too firm, not too soft...it's just right. When it came out of the wrap, there was ZERO smell which is important and a big deal as I've had others that took months for the smell to go away. I was skeptical when I opened it as to how it would be comfortable but it's so nice. It's like a supportive cloud. Really good for side sleepers who find their way to their stomachs like I do.

I have never tried a latex pillow before. This is quite interesting to me as I didn't know anything about latex pillows either. I have always only used cotton pillows, which becomes deformed and flattens up throughout the night. I had a sore back every single morning before this pillow came along. I like that the pillow is bumpy looking, but comfortable. The holes in the pillow bother me a little bit, but it is fine. There is a mesh looking pillow case and a regular pillow case that fit the pillow perfectly! I was surprised to see that it came with 2 pillow cases on. The pillow does seem to have some shredded pieces when taking off the pillow cases though. I'm not sure if it came with the pieces in it already or it came off from taking the pillow cases off. The pillow feels really nice too. Smooth and reminds me of a memory foam pillow that I touched before. I honestly can't tell the difference between memory foam pillows and latex pillows. They must be the same in some way, right? It does not smell of chemicals like the memory foam pillows usually do when opened though. It came with a nice green and awesome looking elephant pictured on the box. It was wrapped in plastic wrap to protect the pillow even more. It was not vacuum sealed either. The protection information said to not let the light touch the pillow directly or it can change the color of the pillow and even make it powdery. That is really weird. That has not happened yet. I will try my best to avoid letting the light touch my pillow even though the light goes through the openings of the blinds. Thank you for allowing me to try a latex pillow for the first time ever. This has been an interesting experience.
