I have used this Muscle Trainer for a week. I usually put it on my belly. I feel like that this muscle trainer gives my belly a vibration. I can control the intensity level, so that the vibration can perfectly fit my endurance. If I want to gain abs, it should take me at least 2 months to constantly use it. Since I have only used for one week, I cannot say that it has changed my body shape. But what I am sure about is that it indeed promote my gastrointestinal digestion. My digestion was not good before. Recently, after I started to use this muscle trainer, I feel my digestion rate becomes faster. Every time after I finish using, I always feel hungry. 1st off it’s not a slendertone price. I wanted to try something close to that but I thought it was Way overkill price. I have to say I’m presently surprised. Used as directed 15 minutes a day. I’ve noticed my stomach muscles coming back to life. Now this will not build muscle. So if you don’t have any your existing you cash. But I’m my case I need to wake those old muscles up. Wow my muscles were on fire for days after 2 days of use. Well worth the 20)$

This product is very nice, it help me while I am doing my homework. There is different setting that helps you such as burning fats or body building and you can choose the degree of vibration. the highest one is fairly strong since it hurts. The vibration is done little by little at the beginning it is slow while after 10-15 min it starts to be harder. Overall this product is very nice I do like it a lot.
