This had promise of being a fantastic sucker. Truly. I skipped around my house joyfully vacuuming up all and sundry with this ultra light, easy to use cordless cleaner, with its short charge time and worthwhile usage time. Oh, times were magnificent and my hair turned from its badger grey back to mousy brown out of sheer joyHowever, after just under two months of weekly or so use, it broke. The main vacuum unit connects to an extension bar, that then connects to a brush bar. Something must have gone in the extension bar as no power was going to the brush bar. Of course, if I connected the brush bar directly to the vacuum unit, it worked, but I didn't fancy vacuuming my house on my hands and knees, despite some people paying money for that kind of activity.Contacted Elehot - yeah we don't make that anymore, you need to go to the people who sold it. Contacted them, no response. So basically a naff product that no one wants to take any responsibility for.Verdict: It sucks

It’s weak, and awful for cleaning carpets. Even the spinning brush thing on the end doesn’t actually help much. Spend the extra £40-£50 and get a decent one or this will be relegated to a simple crumb cleaner.It works for sucking up crumbs off a hard floor or leather seats etc but anything that cannot be wiped (upholstery, carpets, etc) this does very little.You can get carpets done by you need to use the spinning brush attachment then physically press down on the suction head so the brush actually engages with the carpet... and at this point you’re probably just brushing the carpet rather than vacuuming it. So it kind of defeats the point of having a vacuum !!!

Very light and quiet. Perfect for crumbs etc. Wouldn’t use it as my main vacuum as it’s too lightweight with the kids dropping stuff all the time.Great for a quick run around.Battery needs to be charged after almost ever vacuum around my two bedroom flat. A little annoying but for the price, I’m chuffed with it so far.

OK for smaller jobs like picking up a few bits of the rug but not suitable to be used as full household cleaner battery life not great suction is alot better if used as a handheld rather than with the pipes attached

It was good until I used it for the third time when the top bit all of a sudden fell off! It clicks back into place but as soon as you use it the top bit falls of again! Not sure if we were unlucky and got a defect one or if the general quality is cheap and crap!

Initially really pleased with this and have given it 5 stars for the main features. However after a month the brushes in the head stopped rotating making it useless as wont pick anything up! The seller has not responded to 2 e-mails informing them of the issue, and therefore this is a total waste of money! Cant seem to find replacement belts to buy as a stretched belt may be the problem. Will spend a lot more next time and get a Shark or a Vax!!

This hoover is the worst I have ever had. Does not pick up at all. The suction is very very bad and does not pick up even small cotton pieces = dont waste your money

This is a nice and light easy to use vacuum. The vacuum was packaged well and easy to set up. I found it was good quality with good suction. I was very happy with my purchase.
