No diagram/instructions, did not know how an extra insert went had to look it up to a similar one to find out, and it didn't seem to click into place, but over all not a bad product.

Fab portable loo at a comfortable height ,i brought one because i did not have a toilet upstairs and waiting an knee operation,so it was too difficult to go down the stairs in the night when i need to go to the toilet a few time. Also can be used in the garden, fields, camping etc etc

I have found this item very easy to use. And very sturdy too. Due to not having the room for a Commode I bought this instead. And it really was a bargain. And serves the purpose I need it for thank you.

Goods faulty , lid was out of line and therefore could not fit into it's appropriate slot. Item returned to seller three weeks ago for a refund , but I still await a refund or a response from Explorer, the sellers. I also contacted Amazon and notified them of the problem. Amazon stated that they would email Explorer and request they contact me and resolve the matter, but to date Explorer have not contact me. Not only are they in receipt of the item but have failed to refund the payment.

Great little compact camping toilet would thoroughly recommend it

The product itself is good for the money and would recommend, but warning, mine was missing the lid to the internal bucket and I’ve had no responses to a number of emails.
