Looked like it came used out of the box. The pads were worn and do not stick. Only came with 2 new replacement pads so I got one arm to work. I gave it 2 stars because that 1 arm seems to work rather well. So if you get this item get replacement pads as well.

I like the product because I've heard it before, and always hoped to use it. But during training, sport is also very important, the device can help work on your abs and loose weight

i use this everyday when im doing my house work. it sticks on my belly very well and it keeps giving stimulation so it really helps to wake the muscles around whole time. i have weak abs therefore i have back pain during my lifetime, but it will help to strengthen my abs to support the core for sure. highly recommended!

Ok well first off, It all came yes, but it very hard to take them off the plastic so kinda disappointed about thatSecond I order a black one of those muscles simulator and so far it isn't working, I mean yes when I turn it up I feel pain but far as i know nothing sadly, but i will update if my result change
