Quickon e in awhile if you don't feel up to homemade .buy this brand all the time back then have chili dogs .I perfer my homemade chili. But hormel is good also .

good chili high sodium content
good chili taste, not spicy however the high sodium content will keep me from eating very often as most pre-prepared food is too high and this is very high.
