prAna Tess 5" Inseam Shorts, Sunbleached Blue, Size 2

These shorts are wonderful. They are sturdy but also stretch with you. I usually wear a 10; however, I tried these on at the store and the 8 fit perfectly. I purchased the same pair in denim and have used them both a lot this summer. I had moved away from shorter shorts to longer bermuda shorts but needed something that was a little shorter - but still long enough for this 40-something mother. These fit the bill.

I bought Tess shorts on sale at the end of last summer for a really good price and find that they have been my go to shorts all this summer. I was happy to see them on Amazon. The price is a bit steep but they are well made, fit me well, are the perfect length , and to top it all off .... travel well. They are shorts you can wear for days in a row because they hold their shape and don't wrinkle. I don't know if that makes sense. The one tiny thing that bugs me about both of my Tess shorts is the fly pulls just a little and bumps up ever so slightly. Probably they wouldn't do this if I sized up but then they would be too big everywhere else. The little bump isn't a deal breaker and no one would ever notice unless I showed it to them. It really isn't a big deal. Great shorts that move with you and look good.

I wear btwn an 8 to 10, 8 was perfect! These white shorts are my favorite. I also got the dark, they are like a dark jean color. These shorts are great, I am 43, 5'7 150 lbs, athletic and are the perfect length, stretch, style. They run a bit big, I think, so if you are on the fence go smaller.

I love these shorts. I wear an 8 Reg in the Prana Halle pants and these fit just as well in the hips and waist in the same size. I do not have slim thighs and these don't ride up while hiking.

I got a 6, and I am 5'4' at 138lbs. They're super comfortable and fit great!

The fit in these shorts seems to run small compared to my other Prana shorts and pants. The shorts are cute and I love the blue color, you just might consider sizing up especially if you put your clothes in the dryer like me.

Love these shorts so much!! They fit like a glove and move with your body. Fits true to size and they do not get "baggy" as you wear them. They hold their shape.

I’m a little bit bigger than my normal size so this messed with my head a bit. I had to double check the tags. I ordered these bigger than my current size so I could wear them a little lower on my hips and loose. I got these shorts in the mail, I took off my perfectly fitting size 6 PrAna pants, and I could barely button these size 8 shorts. I’m returning and I won’t try sizing up because it’s too much hassle at this price.

Very comfortable easy wash shorts. Perfect for travel.
