Very good system, Love the cameras. Great customer support
After reading reviews on this Tonton 8 channel 6 camera system, I decided to purchase it. It arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. After installing the system myself, I was blown away by the quality of the camera images, So much that I ordered three more cameras. Two of the cameras would allow me to realize the full potential of the system and one would be a spare. Upon reading the user manual, I thought it left many questions unanswered. I called the number from my paperwork and did not get anyone. Very shortly after that ( maybe 10 -15 minutes) , I received a text message from the TonTon customer support team. I spoke with Will who was very attentive to my questions and explained that there is a 12 or 13 hr difference in time between us and that would do our communications via text. I did have questions and Will answered all of them. I did encounter a few problems with my DVR. Will attempted to help me solve them via text. Those problems centered around the record and playback functions. When we could not rectify the problems, Will agreed to send me another DVR. I really appreciate Will's dedication to satisfying my concerns. I call that "True customer satisfaction. Thanks Will. I will update later after DVR arrives.

Poor Quality
The recorder doesn’t work won’t connect to the internet so can’t record anything

Device would not record. Unable to get anyone from the manufacturer to return my call. Was not able to return it because I had already paid to have the Cameras mounted.

COMPLETE waste of money, terrible customer service options.
Honestly, the camera quality is terrible. Night vision is completely useless from anything further than 15-20 ft.Don’t forget your password that you used to set it up too otherwise you’ll never be able to use the cameras again.

Awesome Tech support at Tonton Security.
The DVR and Cameras are awesome, the night vision is truly amazing, I thought it's like day!One of my Cameras went out so I emailed them and they exchanged it with no problem. One day I noticedanother Camera wasn't working, upon inspection it appears the pole in the center of the red connector had comeloose and fallen out. I sent some pictures to the awesome tech support, once again they said no problem and sentme another one free of charge. Shortly afterwards my DVR started to act up, it was rebooting itself whenever itwanted to. I sent some pictures and explained the problem to Tonton Tech Support. Once again they said no problemand sent me a brand new one free of charge. I can only say due the awesome tech support Tonton Security is theway to go.
