I was issued a full refund by seller .she was very good about resolving this matter.
Bought this product for my son and it broke with in 2 wks .the plastic that holds the wheels snapped .I couldn't send it back either as when it arrived the box was all opened and damaged. I wouldn't buy this product again .update!!! I was issued a full refund by seller she was very good at contacting me and it wasnt her fault that the box and chair was damaged. it was a trusted delivery firms fault and she promptly contacted them .
